Gang Masters License
Since 2006 it has been an offence for anyone (including employment agencies) to supply labour for agricultural, food or fish processing without a Gangmasters License. Any grower, processor or packer using unlicensed gangmasters can be prosecuted under this new law. Animal Aids were one of the first organizations to seek and receive approval by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority to provide services to our agricultural clients.
